Looks like at least one tranny is a T-84?
“3 original willys trans for sale also have one transfer case out of 1950 willys all working when pulled”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $75.
The price is listed at $75, but I’m not sure if that’s for the tranny or the hubs or?
“GPW or MB Tranny needs rebuilt and hubs are in good shape there are 1/2 ton hubs and one set of 3/4 ton hubs all or sell individually best offer “
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $650.
Sounds like a good price given the updates.
“T-90 transmission, Saturn Overdrive and Dana 18 transfer case. Each in great shape. Dana 18 has
Advance Adapters, intermediate gear upgrade kit. Low miles since complete overhaul. Lots of receipts…This combo is like new.. Shifts smooth like butter..Everything in the transfer case is new, except for the case… $650 for the lot or
T90-$300
Dana 18-$300
Overdrive-$450″
This sounds like a good price. No pics provided.
“Low mile rebuilt turbo 350 with advanced adapters to dana 18 twin stick with warn overdrive, complete setup that works perfect from a running project. Parting the cj5 it is in”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1100.
Eric forwarded this ad. The ad’s title notes the overdrive is a rare Dualmatic overdrive. Herm has rebuilt these in the past. I couldn’t say if he still does or not.
“title says it all, and has cross member. got other tranfers and trannys also”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $950.
This combo might be a good price.
“I’m selling a Dana 18 and TH350 Transmission out a 1954 Jeep Willys CJ3B project. Both pieces were supposedly rebuilt and installed prior to my purchasing and taking over the project. The Dana 18 has a Warn overdrive, both drive shaft yokes,, new torque convertor. and two crossmembers for mounting. I decided to go with a manual transmission set up and will no longer be needing the Dana 18 or TH350.”
UPDATE: Was $450.
According to an article from JP Magazine, the WAT was sold by Warn in 1969 and intended to slip between a T-18 and a transfer case. The writer of the article only remembered ever seeing one of them.
“The war in overdrive unit shift good and bolts between the T case and the transmission. I am asking 450 but open to offers. Was going to use in a Dodge pickup to get rid of the automatic but my plans have changed.”
I found this ad in the May, 1969, issue of Popular Mechanics.
Here are three T-84 trannies for sale. Pics of each on the ad.
“one complete with bellhousing- no markings on right side, might be usable as is. came off a 42 gpw $250
one complete no bellhousing — should be rebuilt $100
one completely in parts – possibly an original knob $50 (tower housing has broken corner)
all have towers”
**Status unknown** Was $800.
“Original T84 Transmission, Bell housing and transfer case. Very good take out condition from this 1943 Willys MZ-1, MB radio jeep. Still USMC Forest Green! Tim.”
This may be useful for someone.
