About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“Up for sale is a 1956 Willys Jeep Wagon with an extra 1954 wagon for parts. Many extra parts included. Small block Chevy runs strong. Needs some work but would make a great rat rod, mountain buggy or full resto project.”
“BUYER BACKED OUT…1948 WILLYS WAGON, 4 CY, STICK, MOTOR TURNS, GOOD PROJECT, RESTORE OR ROD. $2,500 OR BEST CASH OFFER AFTER YOU COME SEE IT, NO PHONE OFFERS”
This wagon just sold on eBay for $18,000. The inside sure looks nice, but the outside could use work.
“Sweet baby Jesus! This truck is cool! This little beauty is a 1962 Willys Wagon Overland with only 23,343 original miles. It has lived its entire life in Story, Wyoming plowing a 60′ driveway. It has always been maintained by the previous owners son who has been a mechanic for 30+ years. It starts, runs and drives great! It still has good power, shifts good but does need a little brake work as it pulls to the right when you brake. It is still running its original drivetrain with a 6-226 Super Hurricane motor and a 3 speed manual transmission and working 4×4.
The undercarriage if free from any corrosion or rust as is the rest of the truck. The floor boards are solid and it even has the original floor mats that are in exceptional shape. It also has the original seat belts, upholstery and headliner that are in amazing shape for their age. The tube radio still works when it gets warmed up and sounds pretty darn good. It has one small tear in the seat but nothing big enough to want to take the originality away. ”
For sale is my ’61 Willys wagon, Runs and stops good. It is on the road in my name. Tires are good, Interior is good but will need a headliner and a passenger’s window. $5500. No calls after 9pm, and no texts at all, please.”
“Selling these 2 willies as a pair.
One is a 1959 and has been stored inside for 15 years. Ran and drove when put into storage. Has Beefy front bumper with winch and extra parts.
The other is a 1960 and has been out side for 10 years. It has no engine, transmission or running gear. also has extra parts stored inside.
You get 2 willies for buying one. Will not sell one alone unless it is the one outside. When you buy both you must haul the one outside away first.
Asking $1500 for both, no trades, no parting out, no seperating the two(unless you are taking the one outside). Both have clean titles.”
“Vehicle does not run, there are no papers for this vehicle. The Jeep has no back panel doors. The dash does seem to be intact. There is a motor and the carburetor is inside the vehicle but not on the motor. The transmission is a column shifter (3 on a tree). Project vehicle, it has been sitting for many years. Taking offers”
