About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“1948 Willy’s. 4000 OBO
Overall, pretty impressive for a 71 year old vehicle. Starts, runs, and drives. I’ve taken it in multiple long drives.
With that said, there’s a few thing that need attention. The clutch, although it works, makes a sound. I bought all new clutch parts but haven’t installed. Throw out bearing, forks, cables, clutch, etc.
The brakes recently stopped working and I haven’t had time to look at it. Up until very recently they worked.
One of the pictures shows the exhaust manifold which smokes a little bit when you first start it.
I also have a newly rebuilt carter carb that’s original but there’s an aftermarket one in there now. It works fine but I wanted original. So I’d send you with the new clutch and carb.
I know it’s not perfect but a great Jeep that just needs some attention I don’t have time for.”
Appears to have a modified WW2 body. Not sure how much value is here.

“1946 cj5 jeep, all has been replaced, motor rebuilt, all new brake system, new clutch/ and pressure plate, new tires etc, too much to list. this is a must see jeep,”
“1948 Willy’s CJ2a Jeep. The entire exterior has been rhino lined so it will last forever. The underside has been painted with a truck bed liner for protection as well. New larger gas tank has been added as well as plastics race seats. New wiring harness has been added along with LED tail lights.
The Jeep runs and drives but could use some general upkeep and maintenance. Very easy to work on as there are obviously no computers or major electronics to deal with. Perfect for someone who is just starting to work on cars. This Jeep was my granddads and I have loved making it mine, but it’s time to move to a new project. This Jeep is sold as is and buyers will be required to sign a bill of sale”
