This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Has a price listed of $8888, but that appears to be a placeholder. The seller is more interested in trades or an offer. Looks like a tailgate has been added to the back.

“1943 willys. Its runs pretty,good everything works mechanically lights do not work they need re wired 4×4 work hi and lo . it dose have bit of knock in the motor but nothing to serious. The hood is now on it. The carb was just all rebuilt with new gas lines (not all of them are on). New gas tank , all the fluids were changed . it dose leak a bit of oil. Just testing the waters a bit interested in trades or make a offer.”

“Clean good running Cj2a. 12v conversion, lined bed, clean original frame. 4×4 works awesome. Have some parts for her 1500$worth in just tires. Clean paint. Almost no rust. Was originally yellow. Engine just needs work it is currently torn apart now but i can put it back together if the buys asks. Its a project truck. Willing to do trades for dump trailor or enclosed trailer.”

Seller has two different jeeps for sale. The 1948 is listed at $1100. The other does not appear to have a price.
“Project, Willis body sitting on a mid 70s CJ5 frame with title. Set up for Ford 8 cylinder with bell housing and adapt or plate. Have trans/transfer case etc. Just need engine, brakes and some other minor stuff to be a decent trail rig or dune unit. Last pic is a 1947 parts Willis I also have for sale “no title””
