Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This ad was published in the April 16, 1953, issue of the Dillon Daily Tribune.
This July 25, 1945, article in the Dillon Examiner highlighted the newly released CJ-2A.
Looks solid. Has the Aero bezels. This may have some early Husky hubs. It appears this has a Gove plate, which is interesting.

Clean little left-hand DJ-5 runabout jeep.
“For sale a 1967 jeep. Has a 4cyl with a automatic transmission so anyone can drive it. It is 2wd. Runs and drives great nothing wrong with it. No doors no top. A bikini top could be added. May consider trade”
