About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“I have this M38a1 that is in red primer put on it several years ago, it is complete with all the small parts there. It still has the 24 volt system, It runs with no smoke. the carb could be cleaned, the brakes work with a hard pedal, this jeep is complete including the original wheels. It has a nos canvas top. Not road ready from sitting for so long. It comes with a clear title in my name. Has very little rust, one or two patches in floor where previous owner had a heater that leaked. I am selling some of my keeper jeeps. This is a very solid and complete jeep. Has a NOS canvas top.”

(11/29/2019) The photos show some parts and some other jeeps. I am a little confused if this amount includes other project jeeps or not.
“Jeep has been tore down and was in process of being put back together. Have most all parts needed for complete project. Motor and tranny checked by local companies for viability on rebuild. Late husbands project and love (Jeeps) this one was in progress when he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and passed 8 wks later. Pictures show the various sitting in his garage that are included in the sale such as frame body tranny motor windshield tale gate seats small motor pieces if not attached to motor are available on the shelves of other parts that I have. I’ll provide one of each component needed. The rest of all his motor parts will be listing later as one big lot very soon. Hoping to sell off the full Jeeps first.”
“Willys M170 frontline ambulance. Not sure on year, no data plates or serial tag, the way I got it. I do have another body with tag for sale (do a combo deal)? Overall in pretty decent shape for its age. Has M38A1 windshield, 4 correct nice wheels, front and rear sway bars, correct tailgate, and rough top bows for pattern. Gas tank needs a spot fixed. Tool boxes and spare tire well is solid. Engine is complete, unsure of condition. Not interested in trades at the moment.”
I wonder if all the Yellow Fleet rental jeeps were painted light yellow like this one? I’m guessing the color of the photo might be off a little, which gives the CJ-6 a bit of a green tint. This was taken by Bob Petley.
