I emailed TJ and he says they are still avaliable,  see update below………..

Both tops are in need of work. The Sears’s top is decent but one of it corners got a little buggered during one of our moves. I think it’s fixable, but will require some work.

Hi, I have have two CJ-3B tops to sell.

One I don’t know the origins of, it came w the Willys I bought sight unseen. Photos attached. Second top is a Sears aluminum top, in decent condition but needs work. Both are located in Seattle WA. Pickup only, payment by Venmo only.

Sears top: $500 OBO

1949 Willys Overland $500 Swedesboro, NJ

This is an awesome Truck, it has a lot going for it, don’t let the condition and price fool you, its got some serious potential for anyone doing a period correct restoration.

Short List I can see>

  • Seats! These look like legit early seats from here, they have very specific hinges and frames if real.
  • Wheels! Again look legit.
  • Axles, it usually takes a few sets of these old Timken axles to find parts, but you might get lucky.
  • Hub Parts.
  • Bed and Fenders are there, could use some parts and pieces off them
  • Spare Tire! Another Wheel and Spare Tire carrier.
  • VR is still there, those use very specific hardware with these cone washers sometimes the smalls are very valuable to a restoration or preservation project.
  • Bumper Bolts, looks to have a few of those special bolts.
  • The bumpers and splash pan look rough, but for a body and fender person nice project.
  • Front Early Fenders, don’t look horrible.
  • Windshield Wiper Parts.
  • Doubt that door runner part is original.
  • Some other treasures probably await the new owner of this rig!

Disc brakes conversion from a international scout. No frame or tub cutting. Could be restored back to stock easily. No rust, everything taken apart and cleaned or replace.
