About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
This popped up on an unrelated Google search. There’s a Sheriff’s Jeepfest in Jasper, Georgia, August 29th – September 1. I don’t know anything about it.
This has a few updates, but also has a Ramsey PTO winch and appears to have a set of late model Free-Lock hubs, along with a Meyer halftop.
“1956 Willys CJ-5 –
6 cylinder Studebaker Champion engine with less then 5K
Very powerful low torque machine (top end is 50 mph).
Legendary Willys 4 x 4
Powerful Ramsey winch on front end.
New shocks
Heater
Windshield wiper and wash
Tire chains
2 – Five (5) gallon Jerry gas cans (both straps to rear of Willys)
Clean New Mexico title
I’m truly hoping that a person who knows and appreciates Willys can purchase this.
I’ve have to let it go due to relocation (I can’t take it with me).
I’m not desperate but do need to sell. Please know I will accept OBO within reason (No low ballers please)”
“1946 Jeep Willy! Partial body restoration, rebuilt starter, new fuel pump. Runs like a champ! Very fun vehicle to drive off road! Love the Jeep Willy but don’t have much time to use it. I’d like for someone else to enjoy it as i have. Jeep also comes with its own custom trailer.”
The bumpers and tail lights appear in pretty good condition. There could be some parts value here. Looks like there’s an early 1950s Wagon in the background, too.
