This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Rare 1949 Willys Jeepster Pheaton Convertible. Runs and Drives. Come take a test drive around the block. We’ve replaced the engine, new fuel tank, fuel lines, master cylinder, brake cylinder, radiator, carburetor, battery, rebuilt starter, hoses, fan belt, fixed gages, water pump, rebuilt generator, fixed front suspension problem, rebuilt the steering box, done most of what needed to be able to drive. It’s still a work in progress”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4500.
(04/11/2019) Seller lists this as a 1953 M-38, but it appears to be a CJ frame with a replacement body.
“I have a 53 Willy’s m38 for sale. It is in good condition overall. No rust, great tires. F head engine has been put in it hence the hole in the hood. And the steering is backwards due to a steering conversion gone wrong before I got it. Nothing that would be very hard to fix. Have the original steering column. Runs great. I was going to restore but priority’s have changed.”

“I have a 1964 jeep cj6 i havnt really had time to do much with it.its a kaiser jeep and its pretty rare to find one with half cab and doors.they were special order with jeep from koenig ironworks.i have several body panels to go with it.motor was running i havnt started in a while.call or text.no spam or frauders.no low ballers or tire kickers its a 1964 it needs to be restored.asking 2500”
UPDATE: Price dropped to $1400.
The $1700 price includes the rear PTO and gearbox (I’m assuming the seller is selling the rear gearbox, the shaft, and the PTO … this might not be the case). Without it, the price is $1300. The PTO is also listed separately here.

“Liquidating my Jeep collection. This is a package deal because I want them out of my yard. 2000 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L, 1998 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L & 1965 M38A1 Army Jeep. Jeff spotted this FC-170 lurking in the background of the TV show “Bless This Mess“. The premise of the show is, “Newlyweds Rio and Mike make the decision to change the course of their life together and move from the relentless pace of big city New York to what they think will be a more relaxed existence in rural Nebraska.”
