This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Listed as a 1949, the grille suggests it is earlier than that.

At least the add doesn’t claim this jeep is “all original”. Nice to see a set of civilian top bows nicely stored in the CJ-2A bow holders. The body appears to have had the rear wheel wells replaced.

“Vintage WWII era hand made wood model of a U.S. Army Jeep. Missing front bumper blocks and one rear corner wire guard, overall good condition. Measures aprox. 5” x 2 1/2” x 1 3/4”, great bit of military folkart.”
