Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1982 AM General postal jeep. This was my route vehicle until I retired last october, and is is very good condition. Everything works as it should, and there are upgrades. Headlights upgraded from sealed beam to H4, and to use a relay for each circuit, hi & lo(spare relays will be included) Rebuilt 2.5L GM engine has less than a thousand miles on it, comp cam, 9:1 pistons, weber carb conversion complete with electric fuel pump. Extreme heavy duty flasher for hazards, an aux heater that runs off engine coolant, stock heater works also.
Doesn’t run at the moment. Has a Meyer hardtop.

Not a ton of value here, but at a minimum does have the VIN plate, the engine, hubs, and rims.

The grille suggests this is most likely a ’46.
