About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“I have a 47 Willys Jeep. It is rough and beat up. No title. Old ranchers lost it years ago. I have had it for 3 years. The ranchers had it 45 years. It has a newer overhead valve jeep engine in it. It will run if you can get it started. I think the starter is finally caput! No idea what fuel tank they put in the back is out of and I made a milk crate seat. Last time I was able to start it the engine purrs like a kitten. Fwd works. For some reason there is something cool about it. I call it, Drivable yard art!”
“1941 Jeep Willy body, axle and tires. Has windshield and replacement grill but has rare grill on the body. No engine or transmission. Needs lots of work but a great start for a project because it has all original parts on it right now. Pick up only, no drop off.”
“The 1950 Willy’s Jeepster is perhaps one of the most overlooked vehicles on the market today. Restored or modified Jeepster have sold for over $45,000.
This Jeepster has a 350 Corvette Engine with an Automatic Turbo 400 transmission. New brakes, top, seats, gauges, and additional parts.
Easy and fun to drive!
The Jeepster runs and drives great and always brings a BIG “Thumps Up” wherever she goes.
Willing to accept a reasonable offer or interesting trade.”

“This beautiful old Jeep has been Completely rebuilt and restored. It has been driven very little since its restoration. The original 1946 frame was in really bad shape. A new 1947 frame now resides as the foundation of this restored beauty.
The original L134 engine was disassembled and found to be within factory tolerances. It was put back together with new bearings, rings, oil pump and seals.
The engine has a new water pump, thermostat, new fuel pump, new carburetor, a new 12 volt alternator and the original 6 volt starter that has been rebuilt. and completely new wire harnesses.
Also has new seats, new gauges, new clutch and throw-out bearing, lots of extra parts! Price is negotiable..”
