About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“1947 Willy’s Jeep project car. Has Chevy small block conversion with what I’m guessing is a 58-64 Chevy small block engine. Engine cranks but needs some work to get it running. Fun and cool 4×4 project to work on. As popular as jeeps are it’s not too often you see a Willy’s. Delivery available. Clean pink slip in hand”
“Completely restored and gone through this year. Has clean Montana title. Comes with tires and wheels as shown along with original tires and wheels.
Medical circumstances make it necessary to part with this beauty. Sale price just covers actual cash spent in the restoration. Over 250 hours of my labor.”
(12/24/2017) It could use a little work, but runs.
“This is a 1951 M38 Jeep. This vehicle has never been civilianized – it is still 24 volt. This is being sold as a project vehicle. The floors in this Jeep are solid. We did some of the major repairs here to present a running vehicle. This includes a new brake system (master cyl, wheel cyls, steel lines), new fuel tank, new steel fuel line set, a tune up, two new batteries, rebuilt carburetor and other small details. We also added new glass in the Windshield and brand new canvas seat cushions. ”
“Newly rebuilt Cj2a. Everything is new. Fuel injected Tuned Port 350 V8, Turbo 350 automatic transmission, large shaft Dana 18 transfer case, Warn overdrive, Dana 44 rear end out of a ’70 Cj5 with 4.88 gears, Detroit Locker with Moser axles. Scout Dana 44 front axle, CJ spindles, 4.88 gears w/Detroit locker. Front and rear disc brakes. Full family roll cage. Mastercraft Rubicon front seats. Lokar shifter.
