About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“1946/48 Willy’s Cj2A 225 Dauntless V6 disk front brakes new tires new soft top new seats new paint new dash and gauges some of the gauges need wiring hydraulic clutch”
“Converto T6 1942 Military Trailer. This is a rare trailer. I’m the recent and second owner. Original owner purchased it in 1947 from the War Assets Administration. I have all of the original sale documentation. Ideally would be purchased by someone who would restore it but would make a great utility or off-road or overlanding trailer.”
“For sale is a 1947 Willys CJ2A,
Serial number 105348
The bad , body pretty rough but I’ve certainly seen much worse , motor bad I’m assuming as the previous owner pulled the plugs and then neglected to put ‘em back. I’m gonna mess with the motor and see if I can get it turning over. They most always will run if they turn over and have compression. But for all intents and purposes and purposes I’d say this one will need a rebuild.
The good , jeep has a very respectable frame under it somehow (see pics). Very nice frame with hat channels still intact and frame rails look pretty good
Jeep has what looks to be an early Newgren Three Point Hitch assembly on it
After doing some research and talking with some buddies that know more about the newgrens than I do it seems this one is early judging by the belt driven pump , and engine bay reservoir , control valve between seats. Ram is present and looks decent , it didn’t have adjusters and lift arms when I got it but have since made some for another Newgren I have and will include a very nice set of lift arm adjusters and Arms made better if anything than the originals as a lot of the Newgren stuff was pretty crude right from the get go.
Jeep also has a nice original Scheneker plow setup on it and blade included
Great candidate for a frame up restoration with motor rebuild or refurbish the Newgren for another jeep and start with the rolling frame.
I have other Willys PTO equipment to turn this one into a farm Jeep if desired for additional cost
I’m valuing the jeep at about what The Three point hitch assemblies have been bringing, with a good rolling frame , plow setup etc as I just sold a large collection of them
I can send additional pics if needed and I have another good hood to go with it as this one is shot
No title but will include a state of CT Bill of Sale etc
Located in Storrs CT
PM me for more info or to come get it , too many projects going
$3500
