“Complete restoration. This is the first year of the civilian model. Jeep restoration was completed in 2009 has been in storage for the majority of the time since.
Original engine. Engine was in storage for 50+ years prior to installation with roughly 300 miles at the time of purchase; when Jeep was built the engine was cleaned and optimized. Body was acid washed before painting. Includes: OEM parts, Tow hitch, rear bumperettes, Fog lights, leather seats, passenger side tool/storage compartment under seat, and removable canvas top with detachable plastic windows (not pictured yet).
Original CJ2A manual included and numerous records available for parts, construction, and contacts. Two sets of keys.
Brakes cleaned, lines drained, front brakes replaced, new master cylinder installed, new battery [12V conversion], and new carburetor (2017).
No title in New York State for cars pre-1973; but does have transferable registration which constitutes ownership.
