About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“This is a running vehicle. as I started this project a couple years ago there is lots done and still work to be done. New rods mains and rings in motor have original army manual for body and power train
only serious need to reply, no low ballers. moving and have to sell.”
“The body is a 1950 Willy’s CJ3A and the frame and drive train is a 1961 Willy’s CJ3B. It has the inline 4 cylinder with a manual 3 speed transmission. 4×4 works fine. Motor starts up good but could probably use a little carb work. I have only drove back and forth to the store and haven’t had any issues. Frame has been refinished and is in great shape. The tub could use some love but not to bad. Tires are new and are 31’s”
Dan, his boys, and a friend drove from Auburn to Packwood, Washington, in Dan’s CJ-2A and GPW the other day. The weather was perfect for their trip (It has been beautiful here all week). As you can see, they had a great time!

“For sale is my beautiful and loved 1942 Ford GPW. Moving out of the country so I can’t take it with me 🙁 …. Runs perfect, no need to do anything just drive it and go. I’ve done some work to it and have replaced many new parts. Brand New military tires, pedals, headlights…
I also have another jeep disassembled with several original parts that I’ve been switching.(For sale separately) ($2500 OBO) WORTH 3 TIMES THAT!
Original wheels, recently repaired and primed ready to paint. Repaired original transmission and transfer case, engine to be repaired, brand new break system and many original parts more! It is a great collection Jeep form WW2.
You’ll have to come get it (you can drive it home). WILLING TO TRADE FOR A NICE WATCH.”
“55 Soft Top, Fresh Iron Duke and clutch with Overdrive. Under body has rust needs pans and mount work. Frame has surface rust. Brakes need work. Keep master full, it will stop. Rubber brake lines cracked. Want a peek shoot me a text. Put a plow on last year little use. Will include for the right price above asking. Not trying to get rich on it. Found a faster project if ya know what I mean. O yeah. He was a little cold in the pic”
