This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Selling this Jeep-A-Trench from the Auburn Machine Works company. It’s a late 50’s model that has been stored inside since the 70’s. The auger teeth and arm were never used. Looking to sell as a complete unit for $1495”

(06/04/2017) Looks nice. This has an early 0-10 speedo, but the front spring shackles aren’t reversed. I believe they should be reversed if this is truly a ’55 (I thought the springs were reversed at least into ’56?).
“1955 Jeep Willys – 4 wheel drive, manual transmission, 2.2 4 cylinder engine, new tires. Starts….runs….drives….4 wheel drive works. Body is in good shape with little to no rust. Top included. Clear title in hand. Asking $7,000 Open to offers and trades.”

(06/06/2017) Looks like some money was spent on this rebuild.
“This is a very rare 1961 Willys FJ3 Postal Van with original F134 Flat Head 4 and Borg Warner automatic transmission.
There is none nicer – Just completed the professional Exotic Coach Specialist 4 year mechanical restoration includes a long block rebuild, transmission, rear end, 12 volt wiring harness, brakes, cooling system, new carb, custom aluminum fuel tank, custom seats and so on. Too much to list. Van runs and drives great. Odometer reads 74,000 but just approximately 100 miles since rebuild. Top speed is 55 mph. Own a piece of history with this right side drive postal van made by Willys in Toledo, Ohio.”

Mike has some Maverick trim for sale.
“Full stainless steel trim set from a 1962 Willys Maverick Wagon. The Maverick was the top of the line wagon, with stainless trim everywhere. This trim is in VERY GOOD condition, with typical oxidation. None of the trim has been cut, bent or damaged in any way. Note: the tailgate trim is a different profile than the other trim – so I cannot be sure it is OEM. It appears to be the correct length however. Buyer pays for shipping.
The trim you see that is taped on the vehicle was done so for your reference only. It was carefully removed by me prior to bringing this vehicle home. I did not want to take any chances on losing it.
Let me know if you need other Maverick parts. I have some interior door panels also.”

“For sale is a very classic 1952 Willys Overland (Jeep) pickup truck. This is the four wheel drive, one ton model. It is completely drivable and can be used as is or restored, etc. The truck has a four cylinder flathead engine (L head), T90 transmission and two speed transfer case.
A good deal of work has been done on the truck including the following:
Electrical system – the electrical system has been completely replaced with a new wiring harness; every piece of wire replaced (this was converted to 12 volts)
Ignition system – all new ignition parts including coil, distributor parts, plug wires and plugs
Gauges – solid state voltage reducer installed; new temp and oil sensors installed; all gauges would as they should
Parking Brake – all new parking cables front and back, new levers, new handle and some brackets, etc. Continue reading

“Truck disassembled and in good condition. Grill, front fenders, hood and frame in perfect condition.
L134 – 4cyl, head and oil pan removed for inspection. Found O.K. Complete drive train.
Includes 2 hydraulic cylinders for bed. Orginally from Wisconsin where it was used as a grain truck on a farm.”

“1946 Willys civilian jeep. Chevy small block turbo 350 trans. Chassis has been stripped and dipped. All the hard work is done. I have everything to finish. Serious inquiries only . It came out of California. Just needs harness installed primer and paint. Setup for real 4 wheeling. Serious money and time went into this rig.”

“Here we have a original WW2 slat grill jeep. DOD 12/12/41. has been in storage for many years. CLEAN FLORIDA TITLE. Is very complete and will need total restoration. HAVE ORIGINAL DATA PLATES.Very low serial number 103907. There jeeps are very hard to find and after restoration demand big money.
Also with this jeep are many spares like two jeep motors, generators,starters,carbs,and a spare body, transfer case and transmission parts. Extra fenders ,hoods and windshield frames. The list goes on with smaller parts. All I have in jeep parts goes with it one money. $8000. firm. Please calls only. Local pickup or you arrange shipping.”
Even with the engine out this looks like a good price (unless there’s a lot of rust in the floors. Includes a solid looking Kelly Cab.
