“I have a very solid 1942 Ford GPW Jeep body tub for sale. Rear panel has the large Ford stamping, panel is rough but can be repaired. Has typical rot at the foot steps and one of the tool box floors has been patched, the other is solid. Rear floor has some dents, but is very solid as is all of the underneath hat channel, front floor has a few extra holes, but is very solid, the sump is also intact with no rust through. Has original reflectors and a few other parts. This is a very solid tub worthy of a full restoration. $1500. located in Citrus Heights, CA.”

“100% Frame-Off Restoration
Way too much done to this jeep to even begin. Have pictures of the process, a notebook with $30,000 in receipts, and the contact info for the man who did all of the work. I bought it from him. He did most everything himself as a project with his son over 2 years. He did get the Camaro Green paint job and the original engine rebuild done professionally though. NO RUST…SS Bolts throughout, sprayed undercarriage and inside pan. She’s a PEACH!!
Please do not contact me if you’re not serious, or if you don’t know the history of this specific and rare vehicle…especially in this condition. I will include some pics, but you must see it. It took me a long time to find a cj6 of this quality.
You cannot drive it anywhere without getting lots of attention. CASH/CERTIFIED CHECK ONLY.
Includes new Safari Best-Top with doors, spare parts, all receipts and pictures of work. Does not use oil. Small/Slow leak around differential, but have not had the time to take it to get new seals. Does not affect driving. Cranks first turn. Hidden DUI Kill Switch, 3″ lift, custom steel bumpers, etc. ”
