About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
Looks like a good price, though it isn’t clear that $1098 covers everything.

Travis shared this one. It includes a variety of replacement body panels.
“For sale 1946 Willys CJ2A . This is an early version with a column shift transmission and military MB tool indents. Has been in storage for many years and is indeed of restoration. This Jeep is in original condition and will be sold with body replacement panels shown in the pics. All body panels were made in Maine at Jeep Parts Plus and not over seas. These early Jeeps have developed a following and like many other small 4x4s are becoming very desirable and hard to find.”
I guess the seller doesn’t want to hunt for the serial number??
“We are unsure of the exact year due to a lack of serial number anywhere on the chassis. Its a 1950s Jeep Willys Station Wagon Delivery, has the original motor and transmission still installed and thats about it. This is a very clean carcass ready for a rebuild. Please see pictures and feel free to email with questions, or for more pictures. We are looking for serious inquiries only from people who are interested in a build or need parts. No separating parts, not piecing it out. bill of sale only, no title, no tags. DO NOT EMAIL ME TO TELL ME INFO ABOUT THE VEHICLE OR WHERE TO FIND THE SERIAL NUMBER.”
“I purchased an old 1953 Jeep Willys a while back with the intentions of restoring it. Realized I will never get to this project and need the space in the garage, so must sell. It has a Solid Frame and Axle. Engine Does Not run. Heavily Rusted. No Title. As is. $400 OBRO”
“This is a pretty cool truck that should only need a carb rebuild or new carb to be on the road again. It was built several years ago by a rod shop and then sat un-used. Small block Chevy with rebuilt T-350 trans, Mustang II front suspension with Flaming River rack, GM tilt Column, GM rear end on aftermarket coilovers with a 4-bar kit, Custom fabricated bed, aftermarket wiring harness, aluminum radiator, Rally wheels with good tires, new exhaust, all new Glass including v-butted windshield, etc. It has a big stack of receipts to go with it. The only rust I can see is on the drivers side cown and bottom of the door, and it’s not bad. Yes it has a title and plates. This is a neat little pickup, but it’s not a high-end custom by any means, so please don’t expect a thirty thousand dollar hot rod !
$8700 obo Sorry no trades unless you want to offer me a smoking deal on a 1932 Ford !”
“Complete body, less tailgate
Surface rust, no cancer to speak of
Fenders real nice
Late 70’s cj5 frame, boxed
Mail jeep straight axle
Dana 44 rear axle
No other drive train
No paper work”
No updates Sunday, but if you like old cars, you might want to check out Willysonline.com, a site I just took over and revamped (much work left to do). The central theme is Willys Overland automobiles (such as Overlands, HenryJs, Willys-Knights and others) and any other vintage auto that I happen to run across while doing eWillys.
It won’t have the regular updates and features that eWillys does, but it’s something I’ll build and perhaps hand it off to someone else down the line (as I really don’t know much about these vintage cars).
“Vintage Wine Bottle Holder. Kooky Zoo. Safari Animals Jeep with Hanging Monkey. Excellent previously owned condition. Some minor wear noticed on piece, a few minor marks from use.”
