About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

I like the way the hydraulic line from the snow plow was fed through the open window. K & K claimed the blade could be installed in two minutes or less. I’m thinking it should have been called the “Two Minute Snow Blade”.
The caption labels this CJ-5 a Tuxedo Park (rather than claiming it has a Tux park package). Like the 1954 press photo from a couple days ago, this one has the white windshield frame, too.
“1961 Press Photo The Tuxedo Park, a new convertible by Jeep: This is an original press photo. The Tuxedo Park, a new convertible, has been added to the Jeep line by Willys Motors Inc.The sports utility model is white with pleated red vinyl seats, black vinyl convertible top with matching spare wheel cover and white wall tires with chrome wheel disks. it is a four wheel drive vehicle. Auto – Willys – Overland Photo measures 10.25 x 8 inches. Photo is dated 8-13-1961.”

“For sale is a 1946 CJ-2A Jeep S/N 64484. Jeep is in running condition and is used as an aircraft tug on a daily basis. It is a 1946 so there are many things wrong with it.
Some, but not all, items to note are:
– Rust throughout the jeep
– Lights throughout the jeep are intermittent in operation or not working
– No gas cap
– Engine burns oil
– Brakes seem stiff
– Needs tires
– Leaks oil
Registration available and application for replacement title. Comes with service manual and side door frames.
We are selling this jeep as is. We highly recommend a visual inspection of the jeep prior to purchase. $2500.00/obo”
“For most of us the classic car world is about standing out with some attitude, and it doesn’t get more custom or unique than this. After all a 1949 Willys Wagon is already going to draw a crowd, but when its been fully custom built with a performance V8 and front disc brakes then you will always be the coolest custom everywhere you go.
The handsome, upright wagon body says Jeep as loudly as any modern CJ, and it’s a familiar the world over. But this icon is instantly recognizable as a fully built classic. The Torch Red paint looks great from a distance and you will not need to worry about trailering this baby to your Friday Night Cruise. The old and new world styles combine nicely on the brightwork where the grille, bumper, and cursive Willys scripts combine nicely with the competition style alloy wheels and bright side exhaust tips.
