Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. The door entrys have been modified to look more like a CJ-7.

Pros:
New front driver seat
Body is in good overall and original condition.
Frame is straight, clean, and rust free.
It runs and drives.
The headlights and tail lights work.
It has a nice custom front bumper and tow bar.
Only 50,000 of the CJ-6 were made. It is basically a stretched CJ-5.
There is some rust but it is very manageable.
It is a great blank canvas for building however your want.
It is remarkably original still.
