UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1500.
Craig shared this one. Hard to see how much value (or not) is here.
“I’m gauging interest in my homemade mini skidder. It’s a 1950ish Willys frame and drivetrain with a bulldozer cage and fairlead. It was running a year ago when I parked it to clean the carb. I need to get the carb hooked back up and get a battery on it to get it moving.
It’s a mile in the woods currently so I’ll be putting list of interested people together for viewing later in the summer.
It doesn’t have brakes. The clutch isn’t much and the starter skips once in a while. But the flathead ran smooth with minimal smoke, the 4×4 worked, and it steers.
I bought a crawler and an old farm tractor and I need to thin the herd.”
Not sure how much value is here.
“1946 Willys Jeep with clean, clear Washington Title. This is an original steel tub that is in so-so condition. Comes with grill and windshield frame and everything else shown in the picture.
It is sitting on a early Ford Bronco Chassis. Come with Ford 9 inch differentials front and rear as well as the Bronco 3 speed transmission and Dana 18 Transfer Case. It has a small block Ford in it now. I know nothing about the condition of this engine. Consider it a core. It has aluminum intake, headers, Accel Distributor etc. It also has a C4 transmission behind it.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1700
(01/30/2017) Craig shard this franken-jeep.
“1946? Willis home made half cab with Kelly doors, bed from 1/4 ton trailer, we call it “frankenwilly” flathead engine has decent compression, converted to 12 volt, new alternator, carb, starter, new wheel cylinders and master cyl. Frame repaired and sags, very ratty, very neat lots of good parts no title. We used it on the farm til this summer ”
UPDATE: Still Available.
(05/24/2017) Include the trailer.
“This 47 Willys has 8000lb wench, 327 Chevy V8 engine, 3 speed transmission. Trailer is single axle and was built for hauling this jeep. ”
Thanks for all the kind thoughts! I didn’t make it out to the garage yesterday, but I felt good enough to do eWillys. As least the wild swings between fever and chills have subsided. I expect to be back in the garage today after running a few errands.
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2500.
Jim shared these. Based on the front bumpers, I’d say 2 of these are 3As and 1 a 2A.
“3 Willys jeeps , 2 for parts and one is in good condition, both green jeeps are 1947 red Jeep 1948 one green Jeep Was running when put under the building needs a new battery has been kept covered have title In Hand. other two jeeps for parts.”

“1942 Willys MB Jeep 4 x 4. Serial # 2T18124. Mileage reads 28,733. Powered by a 4 cylinder Willys Go Devil gas engine. 3 speed manual transmission with 2 speed transfer case and locking hubs. Brakes have been upgraded to 11 inch drums. This jeep has a Braden power take off winch, these winches run off the engine power and don’t kill your battery. This Jeep starts easily and runs very well, the transmission and 4 wheel drive are smooth, quiet and work as they should. This Jeep has a 1951 M38 body tub. The Jeep comes with a full top, doors, bikini top, spare parts, towing lights and a technical manual. Overall a nice solid, good driving old Jeep.”
