Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1954 CJ-3B runs excellent, 6 volt. 134 F-head. 3 speed manual. New battery, wheel bearings, master cylinder and brakes. New carburetor, and old one included. Looks to be all original drivetrain. Frame good, body is OK, patches. Plow works good, used this winter. Has transferable registration and currently licensed.”

A YJ powertrain comes with this project. Unclear how much value is here. Note the object between the axles and frame. The glove box may indicate it is a replacement body, though it’s in rough shape.

“This is a near all original cj2a with m38. It is hard to tell which model because of the mix up of parts during their creation. The engine is an iron duke from a postal Jeep. Extra transfer case and parts included. I HAVE PAPERS and a powertrain from a 1990 yj 2.5l I wanted to swap but never got around to it for an addition 1000$ I have a ton more photos available. The windshield frame is rotted aswell as the floor pans. Though fixed poorly they are solid. The top has since been removed. Car is not running”
