This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “The jeep runs great with a new starter. Body is not too bad, needs TLC. Needs: paint, sanding body work. Mileage is 87500. Not sure it’s right. New tires, wheels & beauty rims. The jeep is in original shape.4 cyl. L head 134CI. All gears work good. Some rust on underside. Good exhaust system, heater, lights work good, Electric windshield wipers . Seats are fair to good condition. Floor boards good. Tool box under passenger seat with jack goes with. Has spare tire carrier. Has normal oil leaks on old jeeps. Hubs work good. Doesn’t smoke. Full rag top with doors.
Will trade for older farm tractors, or?”

“1950 willys jeep cj3a. With. A jeep a trench trencher on the back jeep runs well moves drives. Will need typiCal brakes redone. Needs all tires Has good matching title. Will need a new rear pto belt drive gear box I hAve the old one. But the cast is cracked and apart. For many years I think if b you knew a good welder that weld cast iron. And a machinest that can make a new gear or a set of Small gears you may be able to rebuild the gear box you c a new find used one I have guy th at will be getting one. In the next few weeks the body is not rusted out no floor patchs at all had its dents etc. Will post pics hopefully Sunday 1 29. Don’t wait may put on ebay soon. Doesn’t start.
“1953 Willys CJ-3b. 4×4. 1988 Chevy 350 ( approximately 25k when installed) Edelbrock intake, 4 bbl Holly. 3sp manual w/ OD. 1-ton power steering, high volume Corvette water pump. Dana 44’s front and rear. front disc brakes, 11′ rear brakes, 33″ tires. new black soft top, bikini top. good seats and interior. Roll cage.
Engine will turn over but will not start due to lack of spark (needs wiring). Exterior dismantle was started for paint prep, but is UN-finished due to lack of funds. needs tires (old) and a battery.
This Jeep has a Maine bill of sale. In order to get a Colorado title you will have to get the VIN verified.
This would be a great project, or a quick flip. I have this priced appropriately so don’t expect me to give it away.
