About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

Seller would like to see this restored. The grill suggests this is later than a ’46.
“1946 Willys CJ2a – all original with original engine (removed and ready for rebuild). Missing windshield frame, air horn for carb. and crossover tube. Everything else is present, ready to be rebuilt and enjoyed. This thing is awesome and ready to gift your family with the mechanical simplicity of the 1940’s (amazing learning tool for a teenager).
This jeep has spent all of its life in the Big Hole valley on a cattle ranch. We purchased it from the grandsons of the original owner with the idea that we would rebuild it and get it going…however, our circumstances have changed and we would LOVE to gift (seriously reduced price) to a family that is looking for a project to work on together. The brothers could not find the title, so it comes with a bill of sale. The jeep has sat out uncovered for the past 20 something years…it is in need of some serious TLC. The floorboards are rusted away and the under structure of the body needs rebuilt. The sides of the vehicle are in great shape with only a few small holes. The axles are intact and everything turns. The tranny and transfer case turn from the gear side but the main tranny stick shift is stuck in place. Both transfer case controls move and work fine. The motor was removed and stored inside just over 20 years ago pending a rebuild that never happened.
If we don’t sell it within a week, we will part it out. HOWEVER, this is an all original Willys intact and it should be mechanically restored and ENJOYED:) $1200/obo”
Both $4000 and $400 listed. I think $4000 is what the seller is asking, but $400 is probably closer to the real value. Seller will lose more than he thinks …. It also has an aftermarket m-38-like body.
“I got a 1945 jeep willys its been parked since 1995 has a 327 chevy engine muncie 21 rock crusher i got this from someone who owed me 5500 dollars im taking a loss so let me know ur best price !!! ”
(04/11/2017) Seller indicates it is 99% bone-stock, but there’s a few more mods than that (seats, windshield, air cleaner, front bumper, side step, hubs, roll bar …)
“Looking to either sell or trade my 47 willys. Jeep runs and moves on it’s own power. Needs a carb rebuild. 50 bucks at napa. Also needs breaks bled. Will come with break fluid. 99% bone stock jeep other than the roll cage. Has the stock flat 4 go devil motor. Super clean has a T90 3 speed transmission and a Dana 18 twin stick transfer case.
