About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
Looks pretty stock, except for that extra piece around the windshield.
“$4,500. /OBO Antique Jeep. Runs great …still use it to get around the farm. It has the original flat head four cylinder engine. Completely restored several years ago. Covered in shed … used on the family farm for most of its life.”
Engine spins. Has a plow and hardtop. There could be value here.
“This is a real cool project the jeep is a 1960 the motor turns over but does not run and is sold with a bill of sale ,the jeep has rust but noting that cant be fixed ,comes with plow”
The Alaska Or Rust event continues to fill much of my time. This weekend I’ll be in Puyallup at the Moonshiner’s 4×4 Swapmeet at a booth explaining to visitors what we are doing and why. If you plan on going, drop by the booth. Just look for the posters below. I’ll have some books, eWillys t-shirts, and a pile of brochures you can browse. I’ll also have some Blaster products on hand.
We’ve gotten some additional sponsors on board. As I mentioned before, Kaiser Willys will be a sponsor. You can take advantage of their discount by going to Kaiser Willys, purchasing items, and entering “ALASKAORRUST” into the shopping cart. You win and we win!
We also just signed up the B’laster Corporation, perhaps best know for their PB B’laster penetrating spray. If you have a can of that or any other B’laster product, put it on your jeep and take a photo of them, then twitter or instagram with the hashtags #alaskaorrust, #ewillys, and #BlasterFreakinWorks. Or, post it to the Alaska Or Rust Facebook page. Or, email the pics to me and I’ll do it on your behalf!
“1958 Willy’s Overland Custom Built Truck ,look closed you can see it is a shorted wagoneer, it is still in progect mode,it is on a 4×4 frame ,350 Chevy,4sp, very interesting project, call of seriois.”
“have a 1951 Willys Jeep on a 1963 CJ5 frame with the 2.2 L Willys motor in it. Has 4 and a half inch lift with 33 X 12. 50 R15 General Grabbers with 90% tread with White Wagon Wheels. It has a 30-inch light bar now that under the windshield with two cubes for backup lights. Fresh oil change and plugs. Completely solid front to rear barely any rust also. Looking to trade for drivable lifted Cherokee or trucks”
Craig spotted this one. There’s some jeep underneath. If it is really a ’53, it must be a CJ-3A or 3B. An M-38A1 would have the front springs reversed.
“I have a steel half cab for a cj5. It’s in pretty good shape overall with doors and brackets. Has a little rust out in the lower lip that attaches to the floor. Other than that it has minor surface rust through out. Doors will need a little work. The one door has the window latch off, but it is included. Asking $550 for it. Open to offers. Call text or email. ”
