“I have 1947 willys tub and frame. Tub will need some rust repair and frame is in great shape and has been properly boxed very cleanly.
The tub and rolling frame both have their vin tags, they match and are both out of the dmv system. This is a perfect candidate for a pre smog build. The front axle is an open knuckle dana30 missing the brake parts. Rear is a Dana 44.
I will include the fenders, grill and some other misc parts.
Price is $600 for tub, frame and the axles under it.

UPDATER: The 0-10 early CJ-5 speedos did make it into early DJ-3As.
I found this NOS King-Seeley 0-9 speedometer core on eBay. I show it below next to my 0-8 face, whose day-glow white paint flecked off as I cleaned it. I can confirm it is the same size and seems to have the identical parts (though the gears may differ slightly given it goes to 90mph).
The 0-8 speedometers (manufactured in mid-to late 1955) were installed in early 1956 DJ-3As (as well as a few other models, CJ-5 being one). Later in 1956, Willys moved to the 0-9 white face speedometer core. About a year later (sometime in 1957?) Willys moved to the familiar 0-9 orange face. The early CJ-5 0-10 speedometer clusters made it into a few DJ-3As. One side note, those early 0-10 CJ-5 clusters were almost, but not quite identical to the Aero clusters.

The Tuxedo Park Mark IV is a rare model with several unique upgrades such as a factory overdrive transmission. Research this model more information.
I put a deposit down on it and only took possession of it recently. During this time I also put an offer in on a house, bought a 1951 GMC, a 1997 GMC and now I have too many vehicles and am passing this unique rare Jeep on.
I have only driven it about a mile total.
It does need some tuning and tinkering like most vehicle of this vintage. The winch is dated 1965 as well but I have not tried it.
It starts right up and goes through all gears. Parking brake cable is stuck.”

on the vehicle , you have spare axles / hubs – air compressor / winch / lockers ( all work ) split trans / and heater works , however windsheild wipers seem to be ” best effort ” sometimes they work sometimes they don’t .
Currently has transferable antique plates – title /registration
Also he recommended Leaded fuel in which the 2x i took it out i did , but i am not really sure what thats all about .”
