It’s a funky one.

“1947 Willys Jeep CJ-2A
In really great running and driving condition.
New Items on Jeep are:
Aluminum radiator (I have the original, it was not repairable)
5 New tires
Painted Wheels, original rims
all u-joints replaced
Oil filter is new
Water Pump
Timing chain cover
It has been converted to a 12 volt system with electric fuel pump
New knobs on the shifter
Master cylinder
Jeep stops well with no pulling to either side. Starts almost immediately every time.
The little steps on the sides behind fenders are for Gin Poles. This Jeep had the Gin Pole with winch option that was used for lifting things. Unfortunately, I do not have these items.
I am the 3rd owner according to the person I bought it from. It has spent its whole life as a farm Jeep. The miles are correct.”
Is that Koenig hardtop? I’m just not sure. No description provided.
It’s a project.

“I bought a ’55 Ford, so the Jeep has to go.
It is a Project, and I can only afford one at a time:
The engine won’t turn over, so I have been removing it (3 bolts left to remove). Portland Engine Rebuilders will rebuild it for around $1700. Everything is there except tail lights and a battery. The tires are 10 years old and came off my Ranger. It has a clean Washington title, but has not been licensed since 1987. It spent most of its life as an orchard Jeep in Washington. It has been in a shed in River Road area since 1993. I paid $1000 for it, so I know it’s worth that. Don’t bother me if you aren’t willing to pay that much. ”
UPDATE: Still Available
(02/16/2014) This needs work.
“I have for sale two Willys Jeeps, they were running and driving a couple of years ago, I have not tried to start them or mess with them in a couple of years, 4×4 worked at that time as well did brakes and transmission shifted. These are project jeeps, tubs are in pretty bad shape, motors are in great shape. If you have any questions feel free to text or call. Asking $4000 for the pair or $2500 each. No Low Ballers and I do not need help selling these.“
