Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1947 CJ2A Runs, brakes are not functional, converted to 12V, electric fuel pump, Dualmatic hubs on front axle, high back bucket seats, large fuel tank behind seats. Body is rough, but solid. Clean title in hand. I have owned it for a year, have not worked on it so it is getting sold.”
