Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “This is a 1959 Willys that is in great shape. It runs great and has had a lot of work done to the motor and electrical by a mechanic. I am selling because I do not have the time to finish the project. Please contact me and we can talk about what has been done to it.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $5000.
Has some rust in the floorboards.
“Garage kept, good condition. Runs drives straight, 4wd system works, 3 speed manual. Needs brakes. Minor flaws, windshield crack, minor rust on upper right floor boards. Overall solid jeep. 4 cylinder flat head, cranks every time.”

No engine or trans or t-case.
Pretty much stock otherwise.
It is a roller on stock wheels with bald tires.
Rolling chassis, tub, hood, fenders, windshield, grill and tailgate, fuel tank, steering system.

New 29×10.50×15 mud tires, aluminum wheels, new fuel pump, new water pump, new gas tank, new sending unit, new canister style oil filter, new oil filter lines, new front and rear main seal, new pan seal, rebuilt carb. New front end parts. Seat upholstery is good. Brakes are good. Paint is good. Have windshield seal kit. Clear title. 52,870 miles. $3000 or trade for????.”
