About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“I bought this jeep thinking I could handle the resto but its just too much for me. It has all of the original parts on it. Engine cranks over, just needs a new starter and alternator and battery and should fire right up. If you want more pictures just text me and I can get them to you”
Looks pretty good for not having run in ten years.
“1957 Willys Station Wagon with a L226 Super Hurricane 6 Cyl engine. Vehicle is all original, ran when parked 10 years ago, but does not run now. Clean title and located near Abilene Texas. Body does have some rust, but in pretty good shape for a 1957 model. This vehicle is a four will drive and also has an over drive which acts like a gear splitter. I have plenty of pictures and even a video I can e-mail. Serious inquiries only. ”

Sould be a great son and father project or just a restoration job, you can easily make money off this Jeep! Title is a little weird but if your interested I’m it call or text me and I can explain it to you. Thanks”
UPDATE: Price dropped to $1550. It’s been modified, but has MB/GPW parts.
“1942 Willy Jeep, original jeep running gear attached to a Corvette 265ci V8…runs great and would make an amazing 4×4 or hunting vehicle. Serves as a cool buggy in the sand out at the lake. Already has a fresh coat of british racing green paint, new fuel cell and electric fuel pump, rewired, bucket seats, roll cage, new clutch linkage…..runs and drives great!!!“
Josh forwarded this ad for a modified jeep. It’s not quite as nice as Wally Cohn’s, but you’ll still spend some time looking at it. Note the plow setup on the front.
