“I am selling my very rare fully custom Jeep CJ6. This is a CJ-5 but 20” extended from the factory. The only Reason I am selling is to liquidate some of my toys in order to buy a new GT500. Please feel free to ask any and all questions. I will help with shipping. This vehicle is very street friendly and has not been off road since I had it painted 6 months ago. I have put about 1,000 trouble free miles on it this year. This Jeep needs nothing and has a fresh coat of paint on the outside. This inside paint is in good shape so I did not repaint that. I have tons of pictures of bringing the jeep to a bare tub to paint. I will send to the new owner. Here are some details below: Continue reading

Lee’s shared some updated photos on his M-38. His goal has been to restore it back to stock. Though he’s got a great deal of stock jeep to use, as he disassembled it he discovered a few more problems than he’d planned. Despite some unexpected issues, he’s been working all summer since Ann and I visited he and his family last April in San Saba, Texas. He doesn’t have a great deal of time, between his job, farm, kids and wife, but he’s been making the most of it. He tells me he is almost done.
Here’s the jeep before disassembly:
