About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

Mock up .50 cal machine gun can be displayed ala Rat Patrol. $15K in materials put into it. That said, I will have to take a loss, I understand that. Make a reasonable offer.”
“Overall good condition. Starts, runs, yard drives, 4 wheel drive works. carb just rebuilt but needs fuel pump. All doors and windows work, all glass is good, needs brake work and body work. Frame is solid. Has plow frame and custom made welders flatbed body, No title. Mostly complete but is missing a few things such as passenger seat. I wanted the start the work but I am now moving and didn’t want to get half into it and leave a mess for the next guy. It is here for you in original condition.”
Richard owns several types of jeep trailers, but this rare Sterling Trailer just might be the most unique. He just got done sanding and repainting it. There’s very little information on the web about them and what I found I put together in this Sterling-related post. Thanks to Richard for sharing pics of this unusual trailer!
James has been busy attending the College of Mines in Golden, Colorado. But, he had time to drop us a note. He writes, “I saw this Gem today. I was on my way back home from school while this drove past me. It’s a 1950 Willys CJ3A with an overdrive unit just like my old 3a. It is in amazing condition and runs like a champ. It’s good to see it still on the roads in Golden. For a moment I thought it was my old 3A! ”
This is probably a rare shirt, because few people would be caught dead wearing it. I’m one of the few nuts who would wear it.

“Offered is a vintage, 1950’s “Thomas Toys,” military police jeep w/ rare trailer. Trailer is the real value here, no doubt. Chief is approximately 4 inches and overall length while trailer is approximately 3.5″ in overall length. Jeep is missing siren, windshield, figures etc….
Trailer is intact and has seen little, if any use.
Colors are vibrant.
The only discrepancy is that One of four plastic tabs that hold the axle in place are broken. Please see photograph”
