Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. That looks to be a 1970s Bobcat body with the passenger filler indent along the side.

“Bought a number of years ago and just never got around to it. All it boxes and tubs. No seats, no fuel cell. 231 odd fire V6 x2. One is a short block as the long block I bought it with has a cracked block. I intended to swap the heads and intake and never got to it. Engine stand comes with project jeep.”
Seller doesn’t appear to know what they have or what it is worth. My guess is that it has been sitting there a while. Value unclear.

“All original, complete 1946-1947 Army Jeep. Original engine, body in excellent conditions. Complete original example. Garage stored, tool box under seat working as it should. Motor turns over but has not ran in a few years. 3A windshield, Tags shown on frame and match numbers on motor. Lost title, serious buyers only.”
This March 1966 4-page Warn brochure is form number DC-366-25, which I take to mean it was produced in March of 1966.
Update: **Sold** was $12,600.

I feel like we’ve seen a jeep with a similar top that is or was for sale.
