“I am selling my 1955 Willy M38A1, that I have restored myself, not by a professional restorer and registered in Nueces County for $9,500. The engine, however; was overhauled by a professional mechanic. The unit has new brake lines, fuel tank, seat cushions and various other items listed below. I am interested in selling it to someone that is interested in the continued preservation of this rare military vehicle. It is 59 years old, therefore it is not in perfect condition and will be sold as is. “Got a early model Willys Jeep Cj2a 40’s era. Has the original straight 4 Go Devil Engine very strong doesnt smoke. Recently updated the 6 volt system to 12 volt. New rebuilt Starter, coil, rebuilt Distributor, body is in really good shape, new gas tank, pretty new from the front fenders back. If you’ve ever owned one you know they will climb or push over near anything, This thing is full time 4×4 right now. The brakes have air in the lines and I think the front pads might be a little stuck from sitting cause it makes a slight noise. Runs and Drives good. Might negotiate on my price a little”
