About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was listed at $1100. Ran when parked.
“For Sale: 1957 Willy FC-170 pickup.
It’s in need of a full restoration. It ran and drove when we parked it at its last storage spot.
The body is complete as is all the drivetrain.
It has a plow installed as well.
I have a clear title for it.”
“1947 Willys CJ-2A, original drivetrain (4cyl/3-spd manual), rebuilt with new bearings, seals and suspension springs, two-inch lift, fair tires, braden winch, tow bar, pintle hitch, no rust and straight tin, starts right up and runs great.”
“1952 and 1953 M38 A1 Jeeps, One complete, original and driving, the other is a project with a Buick V6 and Auto Trans. Would like to sell them both together but would separate if the deal is right.”
“1946 Willys CJ2A, no title, sold as parts vehicle only. Body is in good condition an the vehicle is pretty much complete. Would make a great rat rod or just restore back to original. Asking $1000 or best offer, call 4 zero 2. three 0 six. zero 2 9 8 if you are interested. You’ll need a trailer and possibly a winch or come-a-long to load, there could be a tractor present to help load also.
Again this is a parts only, no title 1946 Willys.”
“Willys MB for sale. Not sure of exact year but definately WWII. The body had a hardtop on it for much of its life so the floors are pretty decent. The sides and rear panel are straight. Front bumper is missing but more importantly the frame horns and gussets are intact which makes restoration much easier. Comes with tub, hood, fenders, grille, windshield, frame, both axles, wheels, a tires. What you see pictured. Restore this little warhorse to its former glory! WWII Jeeps in any condition fetch very high prices now and this one is an inexpensive starting point. We’ve all wanted one of these since we were twelve, so here’s your chance…won’t last long. Need to make room in my yard. Get it and relive a piece of WWII history.”
“This is a 1955 jeep willy for sale. It doesn’t run at the moment but it was driven to the spot it is currently parked about 5 years ago so I’m sure if you are a mechanic or are good with vehicles it wouldn’t take more than a couple days to get it running again. As you can see from the pictures this jeep needs plenty of work. Any Willy’s Jeep of this year is going to be a great classic to fix up.”
