Vintage set of 10 spline Warn hubs. Seller also has newer set for more money.
“I have two sets of Warn locking hubs. Both are for 10 spline axle shafts and six bolt flange mounting. They are compatible with many years of jeeps.
1. Plastic dial set is in perfect working order. They are also compatible with threaded axle shafts on early jeeps. No need to remove or cut off the shaft, they work with the nut installed. $50
2. Brass dial premium set (Warn part number 29062) are new in box, never installed. These are also compatible with all the same years of vehicles. If used on threaded axle shafts the threads will need to be cut off per Warn’s instructions. These retail for $210. I am selling them for $150.”

These appear in good shape and include the centers.
“I have (5) never used ET turbine wheels with multiple center caps and a box of misc lug nuts and washers. The rims are 15 X 7.5 with a 5 X 5.5 bolt pattern. They will fit f-100 / f-150, Bronco E-150 up to 96, Dakota / Durango up to 08, Ram 1/2 ton up to 02, Jeep CJ up to 85, and most Suzuki SUV”
These don’t look very deep, but appear to be roughly 7-8″ inches wide.
“these are a set of four and come with like new wheel lugnuts. Tires are in ruff shape.”
Tuesday’s updates will be arriving late morning (though check out the jeep in the post that follows this one), as will answers to many emails in my inbox. In the meantime, for you early risers who have suffered eWillys withdrawals, here’s an article on FCs to string you along.
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3750.
Rare suicide doors. Anyone recognize the hardtop? Could be a Blue Star aluminum top that’s been customized.
“cool little jeep from montana.very original late 40 early 50s. runs ,drives and stops.flat head 4cyl. has cool hardtop and rollbar with suicide doors. 6 volt with generator neat, neat, neat.”
A reader asked if the WILLYS logo stamped on a hood could be used to replace the WILLYS used on the rear of Willys MBs during the war. At first blush, I thought they were different, but had never actually compared the sizes. So, below is a comparison (I randomly grabbed a tub and a hood example off the internet). The top photo shows the rear of a tub (obviously being repaired) and the bottom photo is a hood stamping from a CJ-3B.
As you can see, the war-tub Willys logo has more letter spacing than the post war logo. The spacing within individual letters (the W, T, & S) also is less. The post war letters are taller than the tub letters.
