This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “946 Willys jeep cj2a recently frame off rebuild. Frame was boxed. Engine, tranny, transfer, rebuild. Less then 500 miles ago. New exhaust. Only modification was Chevy break drums and master cyclinder. Windshield was not installed or ever uses. Lots of extra parts.
Jeep was last registered in 2002, so should be off DMV books. Have pink. Was used only for hunting on private land. Lost hunting rights and do not have room to store it.”

“1946 3spd on the floor, tow bar, manual winch. Recently replaced: radiator, clutch, fly wheel, ring gear, starter, tires, master cylinder and brakes. Converted to 12 volt with turn signals. Totally street legal, great hunting rig with recently reupholstered seats.”
