About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

Selling a vintage project starter from an early 1950s Willys pickup truck. Great donor piece for a restoration project, rat rod build, or classic vintage Jeep parts.
PLEASE NOTE: The truck bed shown in the wider photos is NOT included in this sale. This listing is for the rolling frame, cab cowl/firewall, suspension, and axle assemblies.Key Features & Parts
INCLUDED:
Cab Section: Original early ’50s Willys partial cab and firewall.
Rear Axle: Original Timken split-housing “clamshell” rear differential. Highly sought after by Willys purists and restorers for period-correct builds.
Suspension: Front and rear leaf spring packs.Rollers: Four aftermarket steel wheels and tires mounted to make transport much easier.
Condition:
Frame: The factory frame is cracked and is not straight. It will require fabrication/welding to repair, or it is perfect to harvest the brackets, crossmembers, and suspension mounts for a custom chassis build.
Metal: Expected surface rust, patina, and weathering consistent with age, but the heavy core iron components and axle housings are solid.
Runs and drives very good. it was my father-in-law’s Jeep, he has passed and now we are selling. He did the brakes fixed all the wiring and did a whole lot of other mechanical work to this jeep. Call me with any questions. [hidden information] $6,000.00
1947 Willys CJ2A Jeep in ORIGINAL condition including the original Red paint!
This was not a “Barn find” but a “Man Cave” find. I purchased locally a collection of 3 of these Jeeps from a fellows man cave. This Jeep is the cream of the crop as being all original and no rust! All gauges, lights, horn and turn signals work. Heater also works. Newer NDT Military tires including the spare. Original top bows and doors are still on it only needing new vinyl or canvas top. Recently replaced water pump and coolant, new fuel pump. Unbelievable conditions and runs perfect! Asking $6,950.00. Located in Tumalo, OR.
Just a good ol jeep project ( runs ) but needs some love, it’s cool it’s old it needs someone that has the time to mess with it. I’m selling it for a friend that got it in the divorce, has title. Make an offer or may consider some trades.
1st come 1st serve. If ad is up it’s still available.
I work nights M-Th so can show nearly any day with a previous days notice & mutual agreement of workable time.
Nearly all complete – Good bones & very little rust. (Drivers side floor pan is a little thin) It has the 6cyl Tornado engine.
I bought this about 6 months ago. The guy I bought it from told me he had it started for a few minutes using gas down the carburetor.
It all looks so original – I took him at his word & only verified that the engine still rotates over and is NOT seized.
I haven’t looked it over too much but nearly everything seems to be there except the radiator (which is missing).
I spent several months getting clear title in my name so it’s good to go. You will have to trailer it away as the brakes don’t work, etc..
Things have come up & I realize it’s going to take me years to get back to it. I literally have 8 other Jeep Cherokees ahead of this. So I have decided to sell it to someone else. (I’m in no hurry & want to get good value as I firmly believe it’s a very worthwhile & rare pickup.)
I will also consider trades for a good running extended cab pickup, newer Jeep Wrangler, Cherokee or Comanche pickup, etc..
