This needs some body work. “Runs when jumped” could be a new catch phrase 🙂
“-1954 Willys Jeep CJ-3B Model 454 GB2
-RUNS when jumped, it just needs a new 6V battery
-Engine is a 4 cylinder straight, in pretty good shape, needs an oil change and probably a tune up
-Has quite a bit of rust on the body, some spots rusted through including the floor beds, needs body work
-The tires are a little flat, but have plenty of tread left on them
-Headlights and turning signals work and so does the back right tail light, the left tail light and reflector are not installed at the moment but I have them
-The gauges all work, the speedometer just needs a new arrow because it is broken
-Can attach a plow to it (DOES NOT COME WITH A PLOW)
-Comes with a soft top that had some tears but were sewed up
-It has not been Inspected since 1981
-It has 44,793 miles on it
-Serious Buyers Only
-CASH ONLY!!!!!
-Willing to negotiate, only reasonable offers only no low balls please and again CASH ONLY!!!
-If you are seriously interested and have any questions, text me for more information
-I have more pictures and some videos as well”
This runs and drives, even though it looks like it has been left in the woods.

(11/30/2013) Looks solid. Has updated motor.
“Price is firm. Starts every time, runs like a top, top speed is about 45 mph with smaller tires, with larger tires 55mph. Great truck. It gets compliments all the time. Also, geared for off road travel….legendary Willy’s! Its a driver not a showroom truck. A few minor issues I feel need to be shared: wiper motor stopped (easy fix); cracked passenger window (functions fine); some fluids seep but at such a slow rate I fill up fluids once a year (check them periodically) and they’re good for the season; speedometer doesn’t work (oil pressure, amp, and temp gauges work) and the original main instrument cluster is in tact but not working…place on east coast will refurbish. It’s a solid truck that is 60 years old!”

(07/31/2014) Nice jeep. Seller has to sell as son is too tall already to fit behind the wheel.
“1947 Willy’s Jeep with Running gear from early 70s CJ-5 and tilt colum from cadilac boxed frame lots of chrome and stainless steel the jeep was on display for over 30 years at concord 4 wheel drive specielties after so many years sitting it needed the fuel tanks ( yes it has a 20gal auxilery tank) and brakes and fuel system completly gone through and the carb replaced the power steering pump and steering box and water pump replaced then i bought a new convertable top and seats and new BF Goodrich mud terrains and installed and ARB air Locker in the rear I went through the whole jeep spent about 20k to give to my son when he turned 16 and have only driven it to the Oregon dunes but sadly my 14yo is now 6’3and over 200lbs and he is never gonna fit behind the wheel by the time he is 16 and 6’7 like the doctors say he will probably be”
