I was out shopping in Kennewick on Thursday when I ran across this hard working wagon. The owner must have been busy in the nearby Target Store. The carrier on top of the wagon held two ladders, rope, lights, and a tube.

“42 willys WW II Jeep [No motor or transmission] body is a little rough but doesn’t seem to have much rust. It had the original flathead when I got it about 15 years ago. It has been sitting for years and a lot of the parts walked away.t”
The M-170 runs.
“ok i have 2 army jeeps the first jeep is an m38a1 its a 1954 it does run its the red one with white hood and I started restoring it but don’t have time to finish it needs work AND I HAVE THE TITLE! the second is a 1954 m170 front line field ambulance they are very rare I have been torn about keeping or selling this but im headed off to colledge and my parents said it has to go or they are scraping it while im gone so please save them. I HAVE THE TITLE FOR THIS ONE TOO!!!! this one runs is still military 24 volt has some rust in the tub but runs fine included in this is all the spare jeep parts I have including 2 gascan holders spare motor mounts and spare suspention bars a few other odds and ends both steering wheels are probly a 7 or 8 out of ten i have to get them gone i love them but i cant see them crushed i want 1150 for the m38a1 and 1750 for the m170 sadly i don’t have the ambulance parts i may be willing to negotiate the price if truly interested and you will have to come pick them up i don’t have a trailer you can reach me at (803) 730 55 one seven i prefer text.”

Joe forwarded this engine for sale on eBay. Local pickup only (Ohio).
“Up for your consideration is a Willys L-134 engine ser # MB334904 . I bought it just in case I was going to assemble a WW2 jeep. This engine has the Military Standard oil filter, Crank start nut, Lower Pulley guards, WW2 primer fuel pump. It has a Gpw script oil pump, original water pump with no holes (civilian has heater ports). It also has the WW2 jeep steel radiator hose sections. Was told the brown bakelite distributor cap is rare. It appears that the head is a Gpw as you can see a Gp under the oil filter bracket. It will turn with a wrench on the crank start nut. With the prices on these going up This would make a good place to start for your jeep. If you priced a carb, intake/exhaust manifold, Distributor and so on you will see that this will make a good buy. This could be used also for the Ford Gpw”

“World War II project jeep, not a willy’s a Ford jeep, still have script on firewall, the tub is gone, but the frame is strong and good for restoration, has axles, drive shaft, t-case, tranny, parts jeep motor, bell housing. Some misc jeep and ford GPW parts as well.
Great start for a father son project.
Can deliver for a slight fee.
Will trade for firearms, 7.3 Powerstroke parts, trailer, camper, or make offer”

This is listed as a 1942 Ford, but I don’t see either ‘1942’ nor ‘Ford’ anywhere. I like the rims.
