Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “A very Rare find 1963 Willys CJ5 Open Body Jeep 4×4, not the mythical “Barn Jeep” but a “Shed Jeep” that is in great unrestored stock shape! Stored in a shed by & older man for years, he had it painted primer gray to repaint back to the factory Spruce Tip Green color but never got to that point. You can finish what he started or paint it what color you like. What u see is what u get, I didn’t even wash it for pics. Like it came from Willys, factory split 60/40 Green seats to the factory heater its all stock except for the primer paint. Odometer reads just 30k miles which the p.o. said is the true mileage. Based on what i can tell the Jeep has never been abused, cut or bondo’d, so I believe that statement could be true! This CJ5 is regestered with Arkansas antique plates. P.O. Has added a set of lights on bumper that are not factory. Runs & Drives
