About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

UPDATE: Dwayne posted some more pics of his truck on Facebook. You can see them below:
This image was posted a few days ago by Dwayne Brown. I am guessing the the back bed is a modified wagon back? It reminds me a little of the “Tender” wagons. Looks like a great rig!
“The actual ad you are buying is the one pictured above. Please look at it closely and ask any questions you want.
These are advertisements that are carefully removed from vintage magazines – please read the full description and ask any questions if you are unsure of anything.
You are buying the advertisement, not the product in the advertisement.
Original 1 page print advertisement, measures approximately 8.5″ x 11″. (Not a reprint or reproduction, all of my items are originals). These ads are from various publications and are all vintage – no reprints or reproductions ever.”
“1958 cj6 Willy’s Jeep Rebuilt 231 odd fire motor less than 1000 miles Rebuilt transmission and transfer case less than 100 miles Brand new drive shaft from inland trucks Electric fan Aluminum radiator New tires I do have a matching spare tire and wheel New seats—-etc Lots of parts thrown at this Jeep over the last few years These jeeps are like toys and are fun to work on but I wouldn’t hop in it and try and drive it to California I never drive it and kinda need the space in my shop so time to let this one go I do have a title and it’s registered antique for the road It’s a solid little Jeep and you don’t see very many cj6 out there Also this one has a pto as well I just don’t have the shaft”
“1948 Willys Jeep CJ2. Super clean for comparisons I have seen. Pinto motor transplant. Original flat head and other parts included in pictures go with the sale of jeep. Selling for my best friends wife. He passed away 4 years ago and it sat since then. She is ready for someone to finish the final touches for parades or whatever fun it will bring. I put in new battery, tubes in 2 tires and new distributor, plugs, and a couple other odds and ends to get the lil beast breathing again. Jeep runs, drives, stops, 4wd works, winch works, it is street legal with title ready to transfer to you. Reasonable cash in hand offers will be saved for consideration later if not sold for asking price. Reminder there are extras including axles, transfer, transmission, and flat head motor.”

Discovered a crack in the block. Engine was rebuilt with .30 over and running before discovery. I have too many projects for the amount of time I need to finish.
