About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
Dan spotted this running wagon that needs some work.

“ALMOST READY FOR PAINT AND GLASS. I’ve been sitting in a barn for several years but now I’m raring to go! Both engine and transmission completely rebuilt; new suspension and shocks replaced and are of original design. Good tires (new – several years ago). Runs like a top. See video. Comes with original service manual and restoration guide. Also have a parts manual that deals only in Willys, making it easy to get replacement parts. Have new rubber gaskets for windows. Interior was completely Line-X-ed. Missing interior paneling but it’s easy enough to order them from Willys America. Needs to be sandblasted and painted. Different exterior colors are experimentation with different primers, paint and bondo. Also have front and rear bumpers.

“Ive been in the old Willys jeep hobby for the last 10 years but am never going to get around to restoring or using all my CJ parts and I feel like cleaning house.
What Ive got is a 2a-3a rolling chassis = axles, wheels and tires, frame, springs, and engine. I dont have a body to go with it, but I do have odd body parts – two windshields, two hoods, fenders, old exhaust that seems solid but is rusty on the outside. All parts need work to be a jeep. This is a good starting point for a restoration, whether you want a factory fresh jeep or just a hunting/bash around jeep. The stuff in this paragraph is $400.
Ive also got other various parts – a few starters, radiators, distributors, even some seat cushions. If you’re interested in enough of the other parts, I can make you a deal on it all.
I tried to sell this last summer, but I think I was asking too much at the time and am ready to simply let it go. If you’ve looked at project jeeps you know this is a good deal. Come by this wkend and take a look.”
