Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “For your consideration is a 1950 cj3a jeep project vehicle. The vehicle has the original drivetrain, including the L134 flat head motor. The only thing that I believe that is missing are the front seats. Extra parts include axels, a transmission and transfer case, windshield frame and front hood. There is also a set of vintage dualmatic locking hubs”

This is a nice looking build.
“This Jeep is a piece of World War II History. It was produced in 1943 by Ford for the war and is technically a Ford GPW. It has all original metal and was a frame off restoration. It has a spring over lift by advanced adaptors with a Chey Saginaw 3 link steering conversion also from advanced adaptors. It has a Chevy 4 bolt 350 motor with a comp cam and Turbo 350 automatic transmission with a T18 Transfer Case. Custom aluminum radiator from Ron Davis with dual electric fans. It has fender well headers and new brake lines. It needs some final touches like a speedometer and gas gauge.”
