This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (11/06/2012) Looks like a capable jeeping jeep.
“For sale is a 1952 Willy’s CJ 2A Flatfender jeep 4×4. This jeep has been great to our family but we have outgrown it and it no longer gets used. Great hunting rig or beach cruiser. Handles wonderfully in the snow and ice.
Ford 289 V8 Engine runs incredibly strong. Does not smoke.
Ford top loader three speed with synchronized first gear

Warn Overdrive, will crawl in low low and do 65 on the freeway no problem in high range.

“I have 3 original OG OD green factory steel rims I’d like 2 sell. I scored ’em a while back off e-bay,…& lost the 4th one right @ the end of the auction,…hence I only have three. I was going 2 put ’em on my ’64 CJ 5,…but I have since sold that Jeep. These rims are solid,…a few licks w/a wire brush,…primer and paint & they will B good 2 go. They will fit any CJ or military Jeep of that era. No curbing that I have detected,…they look good and straight 2 me. I paid $75.00 each for them plus shipping. I’d like 2 get my money back out of ’em. I will consider reasonable offers. Plz contact me @ (910) 620-4494. Calls are better,…the display on my phone is jacked, so it’s hard 2 make out texts. I had updates scheduled to go out early on Monday morning, but they didn’t appear (related to changes I made to reduce resource use on my current server … grrrr). So, I’ve just pushed them out manually tonight.
Meanwhile, tonight my internet is down. So, I spent time researching and then playing around with the cover to my new book. Everything on the cover could change — title, subtitle, arrangement, my pseudonym, colors — I’m just working it through. Mom’s read the first draft and really enjoyed it. But, hey, it’s my mom. For fun here’s the book front cover draft, and I emphasize draft. Still lots of work left before its ready.
