Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. It is has always been stored indoors and is in good rust free original running condition with a flathead 4 cylinder engine and new original seats. Lee spotted this CJ-3b. It needs work.
“1953 Willys CJ3B with Chevy V8. Motor does run, needs fuel pump installed (have one), will fire with gas down carb.
Needs work, not a turn-key. Brakes, clutch, some wiring, have seats but need to be upholstered, no top or doors.
Have 2 military wheels to go with it as well.

needs new radiator took it to get flushed and they said it was junk and it blew apart when they pressure checked it.

This needs some work.
“1961 CJ-6 Jeep. The Jeep is in very good condition given its a 1961! It drives very well and I’ve never had mechanical issues. The speedometer and gas gauge do not work. I currently have the gas tank sitting in the back so it’ll eventually need to be mounted underneath the car…I just haven’t had the time to address the aforementioned items. The Jeep has absolutely no rust!!!”
