About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

Rebuilt radiator. extra transmission & transfer case for parts and some misc parts like hood, bench seat, original seats and such. I can’t quite make out that serial number on the plate.
“1946 CJ2A colunm shift New brakes (shoes, lines, wheel cylinders, springkit.)Seals(steering hub, axel seals.) Gas tank, cap, plugs, rotor, wires, body mounts, fuel lines, shocks (gas front air rear). It has a newer engine from the fifty’s that runs great but I also have the original engine, extra rims and misc parts.”
(11/21/2010) This has been converted to 4wd. This appears to have the 60/40 bench seat.
“1957 Willy’s CJ3-D Jeep. 4 wheel-drive, 4 cylinder L-Head . Also has a set of military wheels, hard top with sliding doors, and tow bar. curent title and tags”
“1951 Willy’s Jeep CJ3a. I bought this Jeep a few years back from the original owner. They had converted it to a V-8 back in 1971 or so. Chevrolet 283 out of a Chevelle. Runs and looks great. It has been in storage in my barn for 2 years now. I bought new rims and tires for it and haven’t driven it since I put them on. The top was new when I purchased it and it’s in great shape. It needs a good cleaning from being in storage. I do have the owners manual and prior service notes done by the previous owner. It does have power steering as well.”
I wanted to thank everyone for the kind notes that wandered my direction in my hours of need. Fortunately, I was not so ill that I feared for my life; no, it was just a cold that I hoped I could sleep away (and am better today). None-the-less, Gerald took it upon himself to search the internet for a few pics that might cheer me up. Without going into his slightly twisted approach to this task, I will share the below pic.
I must say, I will never be well enough to lick chocolate off of a Jeep. Never …. hmmm … unless it is 60% Belgian Dark Chocolate. Only then will I even consider it.
I don’t know the history of the “lick off”, but I haven’t seen that much tongue action in years.
“this is a 1959 willys jeep with a 289 small block ford engine. No registration or title. Has too much dmv back registration due to be worth registering. cash sale. runs good.”
“I am looking for a Jeep Willys 43-58, must start and run smooth, no rust on frame. Must have title and registration. Only in s/w or south Florida. Max. $6000”
Both of these Jeeps appear in good condition. It looks like the GPW (the jeep pictures at bottom) comes with the some stainless.
