This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. The sellers claims this is from 1942, which would make it a pretty early model. The shovel on the passenger side is interesting.

“1943 GPW Ford Army Jeep. Rebuilt with lots of new parts including the body. The sale includes many extra parts such as, the original engine, air cleaner, rebuilt starter and much more. Also included is a mounted replica 1919 30 caliber machine gun.”
Who knew? There’s a little big of New England in North Dakota.
