“1955 Willys jeep flat fender.V8 289 powered by Ford. Runs… but a great project as all old cars are. Has new tires, new seats, new gas tank, etc.”
UPDATE: *SOLD** Was $3500
This appears solid.
“This jeep runs really good. Freshly overhauled engine a few years ago, 4WD works with locking hubs, new Courser traction LT tires, front brakes overhauled, high torque 12V starter, new carburetor, good battery, lights work, 12V conversion with Chevy alternator, new temp guage and ammeter. Body is hunting jeep quality with some pitting in floor pan. This jeep is ready to go to deer lease as is. Needs literally nothing.”
The bid is only at $100, so there’s still value here. No title. It is being sold for parts.
” up for auction is this 1960 jeep willys. it is a 4 cylinder type 4×4.good for parts to restore one. As is where is. come get it or can be shipped.email any question before bidding.payment in 3 days and parts must be picked up in 7 days after auction end.
I was contacted by a eBayer who informed me this Willys is older then 1960. I was going by the pick slip when I listed it. Best I can tell by the pictures posted on line it appears to be a 1951 front grill and rear door etc. I don’t know if the parts are interchangeable . But the pick slip says 1960.”
UPDATE: Price dropped to $3500.

Lots of upgrades on this rockcrawler.
“Back up for sale. I have a 1953 Willys CJ3A built for rockcrawling. I have built this for the last 7 yrs and now I need one for the family. It has way to many upgrades to list. A few of the basics are: its a Willys that has a Buick V6 225, TH350 trans, Dana20 w/ Teralow gears, Dana30 Front and Dana 44 rear axles both w/ ARB air locker 4:88 gears and chrome Moly shafts (The rear is full float/ the front has bigger U joints), Custom made MRW extreme 40 count real beadlocks w/ 37″ (almost new) radial iroks. Custom removeable cage, 4 linked rear suspension w/ Fox Air Shocks …….. I have built this for many years and I know it inside and out. It runs excellent even at 8000 ft elevation. I just went thru the Jeep and replaced the electric fuel pump and fixed the drivers caliper and bracket I broke last year. This is 100% ready for the trail this year. I have ran many trails such as the Rubicon Trail countless times and Fordyce Jeep Trail and this jeep performs well!!!!! I have put over $13,000 into this jeep in the last 7 years. I have almost every reciept for this build. I can remove the PowerTank, puematic system and winch for 1,000 off the price. I could still use those. It’s not street leagal as of now but eaisly could be with the addition of a few items. (I towed it to the trails) still has registration tags not a green tagged vehicle. For more info or many more pics just email. NO LOW BALLERS I dont need to sell this fast. $6500.00obo Thanks for looking.”

(10/23/2012) It runs and drives, but has rust. It’s unusual to see a towbar on the front of a FC!
